    My name is James M. Fitch. I graduated from California State University Bakersfield in 1996 where I studied Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. I graduated from The Medical University of South Carolina in 2000 with a degree in
Physician Assistant Studies. I practiced Emergency Medicine for five years and Family Practice for the past ten
years. I was born and raised in central Florida and I have lived in the Carolinas for the
past 19 years.
